LYRIC

Sedate for an hour a night. Suffocate what is young. I really wish I had known what I know, so the weight of everything wouldn’t crush my faith. Put my fate in an ageless heart and I call that dark space my only way out. Then once a year, I’ll let it out. I just can’t let the weight in. It’s gone, so I don’t even notice. My dark, isn’t quite enough to hold this. When I called out your name, no one answered. Why did no one answer? You’re gone, and I don’t even notice. Where you are, you don’t need to know me. I see your face in a heaven night. I see the space in my hands. The space is young, the wound is getting deeper. You can’t even hold in fate. Forever laughs. It laughs. When I called out your name. No one answered. Why did no one answer?
